How do I know that my online booking has been approved?

After online payment, you will receive a confirmation by email, with your reservation number. You will need this email to pick up your car.

You must be over 21 and have held a driving licence for at least three years.

You have to call us. Half an hour's delay is accepted, but you may be charged an extra day if you don't call or if you are too late...

Which payment means are possible?

If you book online, you can pay by credit card (Visa, Visa Premier, Mastercard, Mastercard Gold, American Express) or Paypal.

At the agency, you can pay  by credit card, holiday vouchers or cash.

How can I add options to my reservation?

You can add any option and guarantee once you've chosen your car, during the online booking process.

What does the rate include?

A determinated number of days' package, with unlimited mileage, and the compulsory all-risks and liability insurances.

What documents should I submit to pick up the vehicle?

You have to present to the agency your original driver's license (main and additional driver), your voucher and a credit card in the driver's name. Your credit card must provide sufficient funds to block the deposit (amount of the excess). Make sure it is so with your bank before arriving, to avoid nasty surprises.

We accept Visa, Visa Premier, Mastercard, Mastercard Gold and American Express.

Is there an inventory when picking up and returning the car?

Yes, there is an incoming and outgoing inventory (interior and exterior)

The fuel gauge is indicated on the incoming inventory. You have to return the car with the same level of fuel.

In this case, the repair costs (with the invoice of a professional) plus pick-up and immobilization charges will be charged on your card, up to the limit of the excess.

Do I have an assistance in the event of a breakdown or an accident?

During the term of your leasing contract, you have a 24/7 assistance. The pnone number will be provided with the contract.

You must let us know as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours following the incident.

In the event of an accident, whether you are responsible or not for the damages caused to the car, you have to fill out an accident statement and bring it to the agency within 24 hours.

In the case of theft, you have to report the fact to the Gendarmerie as soon as the theft is noticed. You will bring the receipt of your complaint to the agency within 24 hours.

Before picking up my car, can I change my reservation?

You can change or cancel your reservation (subject to avaibility) at least 48 hours before the start of the rental contract. We will charge fees for each modification.

In exchange for the tariff advantage, if you change a prepaid rate reservation, the rental price will be definitively acquired by the rental company, in all cases. Any increase of the final rental price will be on you.

If you cancel a prepaid rate reservation until 15 days prior to the start of the rental contract, you will get a full refund of the amounts already paid.

If you want to extend or reduce the rental period, you have to call the agency. We will tell you whether it is possible or not.
